Red-eye effect is a common problem when taking photos of people and animals. It is due to the fact that the flash of the camera hits the blood vessels of the eye and thus, the eye pupil appears with a tone of red. You can retouch this with many of the specialized graphic tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw, but these require some knowledge and expertise. If you find that red-eye effect is a common problem in your photos, then you may want to try this program. It automatically eliminates this effect just by clicking on the corresponding button of the interface. You just need to open the photo you want to retouch and click on the Auto Red Eye button (or select this option in the Red Eye menu). The program will correct automatically this unpleasant effect. You can zoom in or out the photo to see it with more details. An interesting feature of the program is the EXIF data, which shows the metadata of each photo, such as the image's height and width, the camera model, the exposure time, the F number, the ISO, and more.
You can use the shareware version of the program during 22 days. If you like it and intend to use it longer, then you will need to purchase a license.
